Employee Resource Groups
RCL’s first Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) were launched in 2016. Along with the support from the Executive Diversity Council, these ERGs allow for creativity, inclusion, team work and collaboration so that we are celebrating, recognizing, and rewarding our employees. Various groups were formed to represent and champion veterans, women, LGBTQ+, young professionals, multicultural employees, and employees with disabilities.
