Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.’s prestigious Finance Development Program is a two-year rotational program designed to build future leaders for the Finance Organization. We are seeking innovative and energetic candidates who have completed an Undergraduate or Graduate degree (MBA preferred) and are ready to take on challenging and rewarding assignments that provide the opportunity to make a real impact on our exciting, expanding business.
As a member of the RCL Finance Development Program, you will have an opportunity to rotate in the areas of Accounting, Audit, Corporate Planning, Deployment, Revenue Planning, and Treasury. Based on departmental availability, you will spend time working in these functional areas, becoming familiar with the core financial drivers of the company, financial operations, revenue optimization and fleet deployment strategy, and more. You’ll also be exposed to the C-suite and key decision makers in the brands, and gain unparalleled cross-departmental knowledge that will position you for an accelerated career path in Finance – and potentially secure your spot in the leadership pipeline at RCL. After successful completion of the program, you may have the opportunity to assume a Sr. Analyst or Manager role with us.

We encourage recent graduates who are passionate about a career in finance to apply. Current RCL employees are also eligible to participate in the program.
What are the requirements?
We require a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Masters in Business Administration, and proven leadership skills either in school or professional experience. A GPA of 3.5 or higher, and permanent work authorization in the United States are required for this role. At this time, RCL does not provide visa sponsorship for any positions falling under the Finance Development Program.

Is the role full-time? Am I eligible for benefits?
This role is a 2-year full-time role with RCL. Participants will be eligible for the same benefits as any full-time RCL employee. Employment for the duration of the 2-year assignment is at the discretion of the company depending upon performance and adherence to company policy.
Am I guaranteed a position upon completion of the program?
No. All participants will be evaluated based on their performance, and offers will be extended at RCL’s discretion.
Do you sponsor students for your internship and full-time opportunities?
We currently do not provide visa sponsorship for any positions falling under the Finance Development Program. We require permanent work authorization in the U.S. in order to participate.
