Here’s what our recent interns had to say about a summer at RCL:

Mackenzie Marlow

Corporate Communications Intern

It's really hard to choose just one best memory from this summer. When thinking about my best memories as an intern at RCL, however, most involve my amazing team. Each and every member of the Corporate Communications team at RCL worked very hard to ensure I had a valuable and meaningful internship experience. Whether it be pulling me into an interesting meeting or assigning me to an important project, I always felt I was utilized and appreciated.

Charles Hu

Logistics Intern

I worked under the environmental waste service manager. One of my duties was to manage the waste bidding process and estimate service costs from multiple vendors. My best memory as an RCL intern was the moment I felt that I was taking part in real-life work that could make a difference to the company.

Ilena Syvertsen

Global Tour Operations Finance Intern

I gained so much valuable insight this summer on everything that goes on behind the scenes of this great company, and how each idea and project gets turned into reality. There is so much work done in every department and it’s amazing to see how each detail is a crucial in putting together this unforgettable vacation experience. I also learned that no matter which department you are in, you will come out of the internship learning so much and gaining valuable work experience.
