In 2015, RCL teamed up with Florida International University to create a 130,000-square foot, state-of-the-art rehearsal and production studio on FIU’s Biscayne Bay Campus. The new facility lead to a new partnership - The Royal at FIU World Stage Collaborative - which includes joint research projects, talent development, and unique experiences for FIU students. As a part of the collaborative, RCL offers a 10-week paid Summer internship for highly talented FIU undergraduates and recent graduates at various RCL locations in South Florida.

Here’s what our recent interns had to say about a summer at RCL:

Alexander Adams

Alexander Adams

GoBe Intern

“My best memory of my RCL internship has been the chance to hear from a handful of RCL executive heads, during the “Executive Spotlight Series.” These talks give us young interns the chance to hear from some of RCL’s best, and even ask them questions. This is something that definitely sets the intern program apart from others, and it’s something that I’ll always remember.”
